Niagara Workbench AX as a Sedona Tool - To use Niagara Workbench AX as a Sedona Tool to program your BAScontroller your computer must have a copy of either Workbench 3.7 or 3.8 and must also have a proper installation of Sedona Framework and the latest Component Bundle-both available from Contemporary Controls.
ARC20 Sample "C" Language Source Code - ARC20 is a set of DOS software driver routines that provide an easy way to start using our COM20020-based ARCNET interface adapters. These allow you to initialize, read, write, and get the status of the network. Along with your application code, these routines provide a basis for a complete ARCNET DOS application. Sample applications and source code are provided for all routines.
ARCshark - Captures all ARCNET messages and saves them in a file format compatible with Wireshark
DI-SDK -This is a set of files for those developing software for use with the AI-SRVR, AI-USB, PCI20U, PCI20EX, and USB22.
DLL for Visual Basic access to ARCNET - Normally, Contemporary Controls Null Stack drivers interface to Visual C/C++ 32-bit applications. However, this DLL allows Visual Basic 6.0 applications running on Windows® 95/98/ME/2K/XP to communicate through ARCNET NIMs that use COM20020/22 ARCNET controllers.
FIND PCI - PCI devices have their resource settings automatically assigned either by the BIOS or by Windows. Determining these settings in Windows is easy with DeviceManager, but when running DOS these parameters can be difficult to determine. FINDPCI.EXE overcomes this difficulty.
IRQ Test - This is a DOS utility that tests the I/O and IRQ settings for the card. It is ONLY for cards that use a COM2002x ARCNET controller chip.
NETMAP - This DOS utility lists all nodes currently on the ARCNET, regardless of the type of card at each node. However, the program must RUN from a station that accesses the ARCNET via a card that uses a COM2002x ARCNET controller chip.
PCX Test - This is a DOS utility that exercises the I/O, memory and IRQ settings on PCX, PCA66 or PC10466 cards. This is the ONLY utility available from Contemporary Controls for these cards.
Setnode - This is a DOS utility that allows the Node ID for a PCM2x card to be set despite the absence of a Node ID switch. It is ONLY for Windows 95/98/ME. On reboot the card's Node ID buffer defaults to a value of FF (255). Hence, if a Node ID value other than 255 is desired, SETNODE.EXE must be used each time the host computer is rebooted.
